Cherished grandson of Bonnie and the late Ben LaPiana, and John and the late Edna Perry.

Dear nephew, cousin and great friend of many.

Zach was an active Corrections Officer with the Cook County Sheriff's Department.

He was an avid hockey player and enjoyed playing golf.

Family and friends will gather at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park for a visitation on Friday, December 21, from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

A Remembrance Service will take place at 8:00 pm of Friday evening.
