With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Agnieszka Lizak, who passed away peacefully on April 24, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois, at the age of 38.

Agnieszka was a devoted caretaker for the elderly, offering compassion and comfort to those who needed it most. 
Her gentle spirit, selfless heart, and unwavering kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.

She is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Jozef Lizak, her mother Maria Łuczaj, father Kris Łuczaj, brother Mariusz Łuczaj, uncle Stanisław Łuczaj, and aunt Barbara Łuczaj. 
She also leaves behind her beloved cat, Mucha, who brought her so much joy and comfort. 
Agnieszka’s life was filled with love, laughter, and style — she had a passion for makeup and fashion, always carrying herself with grace and elegance. 
Her radiant presence made the world a little brighter, and her memory will continue to do so.

She was truly a friend to all — someone whose kindness was felt deeply, whose smile could light up a room, and whose heart always had room for others.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, located at 9568 Belmont Ave, Franklin Park, IL, 60131.

A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Gertrude Catholic Church, 9613 Schiller Blvd, Franklin Park, IL, 60131.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
