Alicia Zebutis

On September 15, 2022, Alicia was received into heaven with the words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."
While she only lived for 24 years, she dispensed a full century's worth of wisdom, love, and laughter before going Home.
After growing up on the mission field in Papua New Guinea, Alicia grappled with how to follow the call of God on her life.
In that pursuit, she obtained a degree in philosophy and theology at Wheaton College in Illinois and mustered the courage to become the first female pastor in her family.
She married her first and last love, Alex Zebutis, and they were deliriously happy during the six years they had together.
At the time of her unexpected death, she was formally ministering to the congregation at St. Paul's Evangelical Covenant Church in Franklin Park, IL, and informally ministering to everyone she loved - which was, in fact, everyone.

Among other loved ones, she joins her grandparents, Dennis Mundhenk, Kenneth Chadbourn, and Maxine Chadbourn; and her uncles, Marlin Chadbourn and Brian Mundhenk at the feet of Jesus.

She will be desperately missed by her husband, Alex Zebutis; his parents, Dave and Lydia Zebutis; her parents, Kent and Michelle Mundhenk; her siblings, Daniel and Stefanie Mundhenk; their spouses, Margaret Mundhenk and Guy Hamilton-Smith; her nephew, Oliver Mundhenk, countless other family members, an extraordinary number of friends, and her beloved pets - Tawla, Milo, and Bramble.

Everyone who loved and was loved by Alicia is welcome during the following:
