Andrew Giglio

Andrew Giglio passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 87.
He was preceded in death by his sister Rose Kopeny.
He will be loved and remembered by his family, including nieces Donna Bartelli and Karen Burnette.

Andrew worked many years as a systems programmer and always enjoyed learning new things and problem solving.
He was wonderful at teaching and helping others with schoolwork and small projects.
Andrew enjoyed being physically active with martial arts, running, swimming, and sailing.
Years after his service in the U.S. Navy, he continued to network with his fellow sailors and helped plan the USS Brown annual reunions in various cities across the United States.
Always a Cubs fan and always a Bears fan, he never shied away from a bad season!

There will be a Mass for Andrew at Holy Virgin Martyrs Catholic Church in Schiller Park, IL, on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 10:00 am.
