Devoted son of Baltazar G. and the late Maria Concepcion Barron.

Cherished brother of Gerardo (Martina) Barron, Tony Barron, Carmen (Brian) Gallagher and Armando Barron.

Beloved uncle of Maria Concepcion Barron, Crystal Barron, Gerardo Barron, Jr., and Sofia Gallagher.

Loved cousin and nephew of many.

Long time companion of Janie Pittman.

Baltazar was very active with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Illinois (www.lls.org) with many fund raising walks and other events.

He was an avid Chicago sports fan - especially the Chicago White Sox.
Baltazar was always a gentle, caring, and generous spirit.

He was a security guard with the Adler Planetarium for many years.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home from 8;30 am until time of prayer, 9:30 am on Monday, June 19, 2017.

Mass will folow at St. Gertrude Church at 10:00 am.

Interment Elm Lawn Memorial Park.
