Barbara Sue Larsen

Barbara Sue Larsen (née Helgesen), radiant and resilient, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026, at the age of 86. Her steadfast spirit and nurturing nature left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to know her.

A devoted wife to the late John "Jack" Larsen, Barbara cherished every moment spent with her family. As a cherished mother, she was the unwavering pillar for her children, Carrie Bluthardt and Jeff Larsen. Her love extended further to her grandchildren, Rocco Bluthardt, Amanda Leonard (Jackson), Sofia, Isabel, Johnny, and Joseph Larsen. Each of whom basked in her warmth and wisdom.

Barbara's heart was deeply intertwined with nature. She was an avid gardener, finding solace and joy among the blooms and greenery. The garden was her sanctuary, a place where she could connect with the earth and cultivate beauty. Her affinity for the outdoors was more than a hobby; it was a reflection of her inner strength and vibrant spirit.
