Bruce Winnick

Bruce A. Winnick, 72, long time resident of River Grove, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022.

Bruce was the beloved husband of Grace Lynn (nee Pasieta) for over 51 years.
He was the loving father of Frank (Jennifer), Danita (William) Schaal, and Ryan.
Devoted Papa to Reagan Schaal and Dean Winnick.
Best friend to his loyal dog, Tony.
Dear brother of Gail (the late Edward) Magiera, Marc (the late Nancy), and Jed (Sophie).
Preceded in death by his parent, Philip and Charlotte (nee Rickert) and brother, Dennis.
Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Dearest cousin to Janis Lacina.

Bruce was a long-time employee of the Cook County Forest Preserve.
He planted thousands of trees in his lifetime at work, at home, and for many people.
This was one of his legacies to all of us.
Bruce was also a proud Vietnam era Army Veteran.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
