Cheri Benesch

On Sunday January 29th Cheri B. Benesch passed away in the comfort of her home. She was 66 years
old. She was the loving mother of Jon Benesch, Candice Cortese, Brooke Kiska, and Marcus Benesch.
Cheri was born March 13th, 1956, to Donna and Theodore Blau. She grew up in Franklin Park and
attended West Leyden Highschool. While married to Arthur Benesch, Cheri raised her family in the
villages of Franklin Park and Schiller Park. Cheri enjoyed the outdoors, painting, history, and
volunteering at Wright Way Animal Rescue. Most of all, she enjoyed babysitting her seven
grandchildren, Claire, Hailey, Kaylee, James, Zoey, Jackson, and Riley.

Cheri will always be remembered for her great sense of humor, her laugh, her good faithed discipline,
and her genuine compassion for her family.
