Dana Surtz-Nesbitt

Dana Alexis Surtz-Nesbitt, of Schiller Park, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2018 at the age of 52.

Dana was the adored daughter of Lorraine (nee Baggio) and the late Bernard Surtz.

Wonderful mother to Kristen and Anne Nesbitt.

Best friend and loving partner of 8 years to Trevor Dreyer.

Sister of B.J. (Cynthia) Surtz, Christopher (Christina) Surtz, and Angela (Ray) Schneider, and fun-loving aunt and friend to many.

Visitation Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral home, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park.

Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Friday, August 31, 2018 for prayers at 9:30 am, prior to going to St. Beatrice Church for mass 10:00 am

Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
