Beloved husband of Susan Fazzi.
Cherished father of Traci (Anthony) Sabatino and Joseph (Amanda) Fazzi.
Adored grandfather of Anthony, Jason, Riley, Christopher, Jonathan, Ryan, and granddaughter due in September.
Loving brother of Julian (Darlene) Fazzi, Robert (Jeanne) Fazzi, (the late) Casimir Fazzi, Ezio Fazzi, and Darlene Fazzi Hester.
Treasured uncle to many Nieces & Nephews.
Doug grew up in Northlake and resided in Bensenville for 22 years.
He was a proud veteran of the United States Army and an avid fisherman.
A Celebration of Life, beginning at 10:00am, will be held at St. John Vianney Church in Northlake on July 3, 2019.
