Edythe F. Itrich

Edythe Itrich (Weigand), born Nov. 18, 1921, caring wife, mother, and sister to many, passed on September 21, 2022, at age 100.
Edyth is the daughter of Frank and Flavia Weigand.
She grew up in Franklin Park, Illinois, and married Joe Itrich in 1941.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Itrich (Donna Lee Latoria) and the niece she raised, Margie (Deike) Nilson (Chuck).
Edyth was the loving grandmother of Christopher Itrich, Todd Itrich, and Loralee (Itrich) Pearson (Greg).
She was the great grandmother of Fallon and Mikala Itrich and Mitchel and Kailee Pearson.
She was a loving aunt to many.

Edyth will be remembered for her famous spritz cookies, 4-layer delight, and Swedish pancakes on Sundays!
She was the best dressed 100-year-old thanks to her caregiver, Dannylyn Mathies.

At her request, there will be no wake, but there will be a gathering before a 10:45am mass at St. Isidore Church, Bloomingdale, IL on Monday, September 26.

In lieu of flowers please send a donation to the Little Lighter fund at Lurie Children's Pediatric Oncology Unit where her nephew Lucas is a nurse.
