Ezio Girardi
Age 86. Passed away peacefully at his home on march 4, 2016.
Ezio was born in the city of roma, Italy on April 8, 1929 to Umberto and Antonia Girardi.
He loved to tell stories of his life in Italy; from his childhood to his courtship and marriage of his beloved wife and his eventual move to the United States.
Ezio cherished his trips back to Italy to visit his family. His Italian had become a bit rusty as was discovered on a family trip to Italy; where he described his grand daughter as a 'vegetable' instead of a vegetarian!

Ezio was preceeded in death by his beloved wife Alice (Married 62 years), his daughters Lidia and Tammy, and his brother Tonino and his sister Marisa both in Italy.
Ezio is surrvived by his sons Dennis (Melanee), Dave (Ginny), Danny, and Paul. His grandchildren Stacy, Jenna, Janessa, Jessica, Brandon, Kayla, and Lindsay.
His dear sister Lydia and nieces and nephews in Italy. Stefano, Daniela, Lucio, Fabio, Norma, Massimo, Antonelia, Anthony, and Freddie. And his dear companion, Bella.

Visitation Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 8:30 AM until time of prayer 11:30 AM.

Funeral Mass 12:00 PM Noon at St. Gertrude Catholic Church, Franklin Park.

Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, Illinois.
