Passed away September 12, 2015.
Loving father of Ryan (his fiancee' Kelly).
Devoted son of the late Charlie and the late Mary Graham.
Dear brother of Eileen (the late Jimmy) Duncan.
He was a beloved uncle, cousin, and godfather of many.
Family will be receiving neighbors and friends at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A celebration of Jerry's life will begin at 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
