JANUSZ DYLAG, 73, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2022.
He was born August 16, 1949, in Rzeszow Poland to the late TADEUSZ DYLAG and the late JADWIGA KARNICKA. Beloved HUSBAND of the late BARBARA Dylag of 50 years. Loving father to Iwona (Mariusz) Oparowski and Marcin (Diana) Dylag. Proud grandfather to Karolina, Olivia, Michael, and Angelica.
The funeral home will not be accepting any floral arrangements.
Funeral services begin at 12:00PM on Monday, December 12, 2022, at St. Zachary Parish 567 W Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
