Jerry Kuchny

Jerry Kuchny, 70 passed away peacefully on May 20, 2017 in Arlington Heights, IL. Jerry is survived by his daughter Allison (Brian) Curtin and his lifelong love and caregiver, Karole Saenz. He was preceded in death by his sister, Stephanie Kuchny, his mother, Pauline Zawerucha and father Wasyl Kuchny. Jerry lived a life only many would dream of; carefree, full of happiness, humor and a positive attitude. He was a foodie and loved real estate, cars, casinos, and cooking. Jerry was known as the bionic man from most physicians in Chicagoland whose life for the last 30 years defied science and all odds. Jerry is currently indulging in all of his favorites; beef sandwiches, pizza, steak, french fries, hot dogs and cigarettes. Lying in State Friday 9AM until time of Mass at 10AM at St. Cecilia Church 700 S Meier Rd, Mt Prospect. Interment St. Nicholas Ukrainian Cemetery. For info please call (847) 678-1950.
