Joseph Lorenzin

Joe Lorenzin was the beloved son of Jeff and Sandy Danhoff, loving father to Illiana (Syrus) and Mason, a loving brother to Sarah Pollard and brother-in-law to Jake Pollard. 
He was a proud uncle to Jaxon and Cecelia Pollard.
His best friend was his dog, Bo, who stayed loyally by his side to the very end.

Joe was known for his humor (mostly loud and inappropriate), quick wit, and the way he could make people laugh no matter what he was personally going through. 
He was the life and laughs of every get-together and was unforgettable. 
Everyone absolutely loved him, and gatherings won’t feel the same without him.

His CTA work family was a huge part of his life, one of the places he truly enjoyed being, surrounded by people who meant so much to him.

He will be remembered for his big heart and the life he brought into every room. 
His absence leaves a void that words can’t fill, but his love and memories will live on in all who knew him.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 3:00pm until 8:00pm.
