Kurt died suddenly on Tuesday, October 16, 2018.

He was born on September 17, 1965 in Chicago, Il to his parents Henry and Joyce, joining his four siblings.

Kurt married the love of his life, Nancy in 1995 and welcomed his three sons, Daniel, Dylan and Jack over the next ten years. Kurt lived for his family and loved watching his sons play baseball and basketball over the last fifteen years.

He was a devoted son to his parents Henry (Sue) and Joyce (the late Joe).

Dear son-in law of Jeffrey (the late Helen) Gottstein;

Cherished brother of Karl (Michele), Denise (the late Alan) Schenwar, Laura (Vito) Spadavecchio, and Ken (Jama).

Brother in law of Robert, Timothy, and Neil (Georgiana).

Proud uncle of Amanda (Adam) Sokol, Jonathan, Dominic, Lindsey, Kyle, Kory, Karly, and Edward; and great uncle of Jacob and Henry.

Kurt was a gifted carpenter who loved working with his hands helping others with their remodeling projects. Kurt will always be remembered for his kind and generous heart, his goofy sense of humor and joyful laugh.

Family and friends will gather at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home on Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

A Service of Remembrance of Kurt's life will begin at 3:00 pm.
