Larry Smolek, 77, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019.
Beloved husband of GiGi for 43 years.
Loving father of Billy Flanigan, Michael Flanigan, Tina Smolek, Vincent (Jennifer) Smolek, Anthony (Andrea) Smolek, and (the late) Christopher Smolek.
Fond grandfather of Sean, Corey, Zachary, Vincent, Rosalie, Genevieve, and Mikey.
Great grandfather of Christopher.
Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Caring brother of Michael (Mickey), Candi (Kenny) Kuhn, Terri (Tom) Ackley, Mary Maciejewski, and (the late) Gregory (the late) Eileen Smolek, and Steven Maciejewski.
Visitation will be Monday, June 3, 2019, from 4:00pm until 9:00pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 Belmont Avenue, Franklin Park, Illinois, 60131.
Service at 8:30pm.
Interment Private.
