Beloved son of the late William and the late Shirley Walsh.
Loving brother of William J. Walsh, Jr., Daniel, Kathleen (Edward) McCann, and the late Joan (Chester) Robaczewski.
Uncle and Grand Uncle of many.
Fond employee of Marvel Engineering.
Michael proudly served his country in the Army during the Viet Nam War.
He was a loving bird and fish parent.
Michael was a kind and gentle soul.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Michael's honor to St. Jude research Hospital.
Visitation for Michael will take place on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave. Franklin Park.
Family and friends will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday morning for prayers at 8:30 am before going to St. Charles Borromeo Church in Bensenville for mass at 9:30 am.
Interment with full military honors willbe held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
