Funeral Mass at St. Priscilla Church, 6949 W. Addison, Chicago, Il., 10:00 am on Friday, December 2, 2022.

A private family inurnment will follow at a later date.

In lieu of flowers Memorials may be given in Pat's name to the Women of the River Park Moose Lodge, Chapter 780, 8601 Fullerton Ave., River Grove, Il 60171.
