Beloved wife of Ralph.
Cherished mother of Jenice Flores and Scott Remakel and the late Jude Ann Mills.
Loving grandmother of "PZLEM" Paige, Zachary, Loren, Eleanor, and Mateo.
Dear sister of William Czapiga. Aunt to many.
Patricia was a huge Chicago Sports fan. She especially loved the Cubs, The Blackhawks and the Bears.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A memorial service will begin at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
