Robert was the Past President of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 311, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2992 of Des Plaines, and the Disabled American Veterans.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Inurnment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery will take place at a later date.
