Loving father of Sharon Kozik, Henry (Jenny) Kozik, Thomas (Bobbie) Bares, Terry (Darlene) Hammer, and Dan (Sherry) Hammer. Grandfather of Amy, Chrissy, Ryan, Sarah, Benjamin, and rebecca. Great grandfather of Caitlin, Haley, Jenna, Jacob, and Connor. Served as the Village Inspector for Franklin Park, IL for many years. Visitation Saturday 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
