Tony Loquercio passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015.
He is the beloved father of Mike (Jeannine) Loquercio and Chris (Barbara) Loquercio.
Proud grandfather of Michael and Kristen, Lindsey, Nicole, and Kylie.
Dear brother of the late Pete Loquercio, the late Mary Festi, and the late Theresa Kilroy.
Uncle and friend of many.
Tony had proudly served his country with the U.S. Army from 1946 through 1948 at Fort Dix New Jersey and at the Presidio in San Francisco, California.
Tony was an avid model airplane enthusiast and flew many planes at the Schiller Woods
Indian Boundary Division Air Field on Irving Park Road near Cumberland Ave.
He spent many years with the Maywood Sportsman's Club Trap Shooting.
Tony enjoyed hunting Pheasant, Rabbit and an occasional Deer.
He retired after many years of working as a mason/Brick layer.
His family will be receiving guests on Monday, April 6, 2015 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home and Crematorium 9568 Belmont Ave. Franklin Park.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 8:30 am until the time of service 10:00 am at the funeral home.
