Beloved wife of 63 years of Edward. Loving mother of Edward J. (the late Debra), Denise A. (David) Hoover,Steven M. and the late Thomas A. and the late David D. Fond grandmother of Amanda (Nate) Kleve, Paul Dewbray, Raymond Palatine and Alexandra Dewbray. Proud great grandmother of Emma Kleve. Dear sister of Margie (Charles) Burton and the late Shirley Cubine, the late Hattie Barfield, the late Evelyn Whitfield, the late Irene Nemeth. Dear sister-in-law of Frances (the late Jack) O'Neill. Loving aunt of Cheryl Cubine, Holly (Jack) Meske, Jennifer (John) Moffet, Laura (Gary) Hulsey, Penny Montgomery, Larry (Reah) Nemeth, Andye Bennarski, John (Trish) O'Neill, James O'Neill, Daniel (Christen) O'Neill, Nancy (Harry) Moser, Maureen O'Neill, Bill (Theresa) O'Neill and the late Michael Burton. A special thank you to Thomas " Mike" Dewbray and Jim Whitfield for years of loving attention, and our caregiving angel, Ella Zaseea.

Virginia was born in Flint, Michigan and grew up in Melrose Park. She is a graduate of Proviso High school class of 1949.Virginia married Edward at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in 1951. Virginia was a wonderful, giving mother of five, she was always involved as a den mother, girl scout leader, band club president, and Franklin Park PTO (parent-teacher organization) leader. Her home was a second home to all the neighborhood kids. Virginia loved traveling with her family in their motor home. Virginia enjoyed her success of over a decade as a multi-million dollar real estate agent. Her success earned her a trip to Portugal.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 10, 2015 from 3 pm to 8 pm at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium 9568 Belmont Ave. Franklin Park. Prayers 9:30 a.m,. Monday from the funeral home to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Melrose Park for Mass at 10:00 am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer's Association appreciated.
