Passed away peacefully on March 11, 2016.
Beloved husband of 66 years of the late Josephine. Cherished father of James W (Laura), Jeffery A. (Debbie), and Terry A. (Maureen) Kmiec.
Proud grandfather of James, Jr., John, Joseph, George, and Elisabeth.
Dear brother of the late Florence, the late Julia, and the late John.
Uncle of many.
Devoted friend of many.
Walter proudly served his country with the 3rd Armor Division of the US Army during WWII and was a Purple Heart Recipient.
He retired after many years of service as the Purchasing Agent for Bell and Howell.

Visitation Monday, March 14, 2016 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
