William C. Smith, long time resident of River Grove, passed away March 8. Beloved husband for 60 years of the late Lorelei; loving father of Patrick ( Deborah) and Cindy (Patrick) Clarke; fond grandmother of Patrick and Robert Smith and Kathleen and Daniel Clarke; proud great grandpa of Patrick, Wyatt, and Mia. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 11, from 3 to 9 PM. Funeral Monday 9 AM from Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park to St. Cyprian Catholic Church for 9:30 Mass. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Anti-Cruelty society would be appreciated.
