Loving father of Anthony (Gina) Spencer, and William H. Spencer, IV.
Proud grandfather of Nicholas Jedrejcic, Madison Spencer, and Dylan Spencer.
Dear brother of Barbara Hoy.
Uncle of many.
Bill was a proud member of the Franklin Park American Legion Post 974.
He loved classic cars, model cars, and hotrods.
He was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
Bill served his country proudly in the US Army during the Viet Nam War.
Family and friends will gather at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm for a Celebration of his life beginning at 3:30 pm.
