She was born December 4, 1950 in Rzeszow, Poland to the late Mieczyslaw and Kazimiera Mazur.
Beloved wife to Janusz Dylag of 50 years.
Loving mother to Iwona (Mariusz) Oparowski and Marcin (Diana) Dylag.
Proud grandmother to Karolina, Olivia, Michael, Angelica.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral services will be closed, immediate family only.

The funeral home will not be accepting any floral arrangements.

Interment 2:00pm on Monday, May 18, 2020, at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N. River Road, Des Plaines, IL, 60016.
