Marilyn Chaplin (nee Cundiff) enterd this world on May 17, 1942, and passed away on January 6, 2021.
Dear daughter of the late Sherman E. and Anna Louise Cundiff.
Loving wife of the late Wayne Chaplin.
Beloved sister of Sherman (Karen) Cundiff, Mardell (the late Bob) Leeper, and the late Maxine Cundiff.
Treasured aunt of Adam and Eric Cundiff, and their families.
Adored by many other family members and many friends.

One of the kindest people on Earth Marilyn was brilliant, generous, grateful, passionate, strong, brave and courageous, fun, funny, and adorable!
Raised in Franklin Park, Illinois, Marilyn graduated from East Leyden High School in 1960.
She went to work at M&M Mars where she met and fell in love with Wayne Chaplin, they married in 1965.
Marilyn loved working for United Airlines for 38 years with her cherished forever friends.
Marilyn traveled the world but her favorite destination was Maui, Hawaii.
She was one who enjoyed her garden, crossword puzzles, hunting in Missouri, being a chef and creating legendary dinners.

A beautiful life came to an end ... she died as she lived, everybody's friend.

May the memories carry you on wings of love to a tomorrow of comfort and peace.
